PART.2 -DJ SMALLZ x IMAGE

 Hey, my name is Image (yes that’s my real name!). I am 24 years old but I feel like I’ve been here before! I have always had a passion for music and instruments but I never tapped into the calling until I turned 21. I recorded a freestyle for my first time at that age and let my dad (who is also heavily involved in music) hear it. He immediately said “You have to take it seriously"! and, “You have the potential"! Since that day I done just that, while currently working a 9-5.  I completed my first EP  titled "Real Name Is Image" 2020.

Talk about balance! I truly enjoy making music and listening to ALL genres. I am excited to share this side of me with the world and I can’t wait for what’s to come! I am super laid back and fun! The main activity I enjoy outside of music would definitely be Yoga! Look forward to meeting and engaging with you all!

Bossman Davoo is a new and upcoming artist who hails from our Nation’s Capital, Washington DC.  Davoo accepted his gift of recording songs at an early age. He has put in tireless amount of hours in the studio perfecting his craft. Davoo style is aggressive with a smooth harmonizing twist after ending metaphors. He is definitely one of the new millennium fresh talents that have a lot of stories to tell on tracks. From Canal Street,  he grew up to heart breaking agony of letting go friends and family members who totally betrayed him.  He used his hurt and pain and turned it into lyrics with hopes that his stories would inspire others.

The year 2019 was a great year for Davoo, he was featured in Complex Magazine as a break out new and upcoming artist. He released his first single, “Let’em Go” which gained over 500,000 digital streams. Davoo is a master of his craft with his edgy sound and production to match the long time professionals. His bold commitment and integrity set his work apart from others. He completed an EP and an album in 2 months. His first EP is entitled” Trap Hole” and in 2021, he proudly released his second album entitled, “ Lonely Road”.  Davoo is looking forward to all that life has to offer and is excited for the day when he is able to perform and have the audience recite his lyrics back to him!
